How to Deal with Clients

This article is a small brief on a talk that João Rodrigues — co-founder and CTO of The Loop Co and me have made in the past week, before moving our team to remote work. -By João Bernardo Parreira

Our main goal was to set clear to all of the team, regardless of their position, our approach and culture when relating to clients. For us, it is crucial that this message is clear for any position from the CEO to the intern.
